We kindly ask you to adhere to your requested drop-off and pick-up appointments. Doing so helps us ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our Guests, including yours.
If you cannot make your scheduled drop-off or pick-up time, please call us ahead of time at (401) 835-0680, to ensure we can accommodate you.
*Late Boarding arrivals without notice will be charged $25 within the first hour and $10/hour thereafter.
We have instituted this policy to provide the highest level of service to the Dogs in our care. Late arrivals are highly disruptive to the dogs in our care.
Please note, for all Boarding Guests, check-out time is 12 PM on departure day.
We are happy to accommodate your Dog after 12 PM. Our “late check-out” fee of $33.00 will be applied to your invoice.
If you do not wish to incur this charge, we kindly ask you to pick-up your Dog by noon.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Overnight Boarding bookings not occurring during “Prime Time” require a 50% deposit at time of Reservation in order to be secured. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the reserved drop-off date in order for your deposit to be eligible for a refund*.
“Prime Time” bookings are any reservations occurring within one week before or after Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day and require payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations of Prime Time bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the reserved drop-off date in order for your deposit to be eligible for a refund.
*Please note gift certificates are not applicable to prime bookings.
“Lucky Dog is a highly social model of care. In order to maintain the safest possible environment for all dogs, we can only accept guests who are spayed/neutered unless under 6 months old, for Daycare.
Females must not be in estrus (heat). Thank you for your understanding.”
Please note, all guests must be current on the following vaccinations (Rabies, Parvo, Distemper, Bordetella) and have had a fecal screening within the past year, with negative results. Documentation must be uploaded to their profile at the time of their reservation.
